Indian Creek Organic Farms is located in the Treasure Valley of Southwestern Idaho south of the capital city of Boise, in Kuna (pronounced Q-na). It is our home, farmstead and livelihood. Our farm is organic, ecologically based and located on 8 acres of fertile, deep loam soils at an elevation of 2704 ft. (824 meters) above sea level. Our farming methods, coupled with excellent soils and an ideal climate allows us to grow high quality, nutritious produce for our local community. Because of the high demand for our products, we are just beginning our farming venture in our new Kuna location for the season 2009. We are growing a wide range of produce for local growers' markets, fine restaurants and natural foods stores, but are mostly focused on our popular CSA program.

Emerson wrote, "The glory of the farmer is that, in the division of labors, it is his part to create. All trade rests at last on his primitive activity. He stands close to Nature; he obtains from the earth the bread and the meat. The food which was not, he causes to be. The first farmer was the first man, and all historic nobility rests on possession and use of land."
