Indian Hills Alpacas is a small breeder of quality Huacaya breeding stock. I have selected a number of high quality Huacaya females to make up the foundation herd. These females are bred to some of the best full Peruvian herdsires. Genetic lines represented in the breeding program are: Caligula, Felix, El Moustachio, Royal Fawn, Dracula, and Hemingway. The goal of the breeding program is to improve on conformation and fiber characteristics in each subsequent generation. Currently, all the alpacas are agisted with other breeders. They are boarded at the following farms: Alpacas of the Ark. All of our animals have tested BVD free. Fiber produced by the animals is processed into yarn. I currently have both yarn and raw fleece available for sale.
