At Ingold Farms we raise Santa Gertrudis cattle. This makes for a lean, tender beef. All our meat is all natural, grass fed. Dry aged for 21 days, flash frozen and vacuum packed. USDA inspected, no antibotics, or hormones. We use no chemical fertilizers or pesticides. We use fish emulison on the pastures, di earth and kelp for minerals. Everything is as natural as natural can get. Our store is open every Wedensday from 10-6, other times by appointment.
