J.L. Hawkins Family Farm

J. L. Hawkins Family Farm operates primarily on a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) basis, selling shares of the natural farm harvest in northeast Indiana. Started by John Leo and Velma Hawkins, Jeff Hawkins now follows the traditions started by his grandfather by using natural methods to raise cattle, chickens, pigs, and vegetables.

J. L. Hawkins Family Farm also offers pastured poultry (chickens and turkeys), grassfed beef and pork, brown eggs, and other local fare for sale to those who do not wish to become a shareholder.

And join us on Friday nights for Fridays on the Farm, s a dining experience for the whole family featuring artisan pizzas made with all-natural, locally-sourced ingredients and baked in an outdoor, wood-fired brick oven. (more...)
