Jacob's Cove Heritage Farm

Jacob's Cove is a family farm located in Orem, Utah. We began by specializing in heirloom varieties of tomatoes and have expanded to include many other heirloom crops including greens, root crops, peppers, berries, melons and many other foods. Our focus is on growing the best varieties from real, non-genetically modified, heirloom seed.

We combine open field operations with greenhouses to give our plants optimal growing conditions year round. Harvesting daytime solar radiation for nighttime heating needs allows our carbon footprint to be much smaller than typical greenhouse operations.

We integrate our farm animals into the process of working the land. The cows mow the grass, the chickens spread the manure and the pigs work it into the soil. (more...)
