Jacob's Reward Farm

Would you like to learn to spin wool? Knit? Raise your own fiber animals? Do you live in the city and wish there was a refuge in the country to visit and just relax? This is the place for you!

Jacob's Reward Farm offers classes, premium wool and alpaca rovings and yarn, fresh eggs, and a welcoming community of spinners, knitters, wanna-be farmers, and folks who just need some fresh air.

We'd love to share with you our

  • Farm Camp for kids 7-10 in June
  • Fall Gift Market on the third Saturday in October
  • DFW Yarn Crawl in October
  • Farm tours for groups or families
  • Our free range eggs are SOY FREE and contain no GMOs (genetically modified organisms). We are now able to reliably purchase feed from a family-owned Texas mill that does not use these sensitivity-triggering ingredients. The combination of our chemical-free farm and this new clean supplemental feed insures that your eggs will contain all the great stuff you love and deserve, with none of the questionable ingredients you wish to avoid.

*We do not sell vegetables or fruit.* Our primary crops are alpaca fiber and rare breed sheep wool, and chemical-free, soy-free, non-GMO fresh eggs.

Jacob's Reward Farm is the first farm in the state of Texas to market its fiber and related products through the CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) model, by pre-selling shares of its yearly fiber clip directly to hand spinners and knitters.
