At Jamison Farm, we raise grass lambs, own and operate our USDA Plant where we process our own lambs for the finest chefs across the country.

We sell our lamb from the farm and we visit local farm markets through out the summer season, host farm related events at the farm, host interns from culinary organizations and interested foodies as well as teach cooking classes centered around farm fresh lamb and seasonal ingredients..
