Our eggplants are grown under the cleanest conditions(see photos of our facility at our store front) without the use of pesticides or insecticides in our state of the art greenhouse. Like our other produce, our eggplants are picked the day you order. Our facility is fully sustainable meaning all of our energy comes from renewable sources, we use no fossil fuels to heat or generate power. We are locally grown which reduces the amount of fuel used to bring our goods to market or drop/pick-up locations.
Your order is picked, cold water rinsed to protect flavor and packed within 24 hours. We grow under the cleanest conditions. We use no pesticides or insecticides. We are certified Jersey fresh and licensed under the NJ Dept of Agriculture.
