Jerusalem artichoke - Lancaster Kings White (Helianthus tuberous) one of very few native veg crops. I got mine from mine from old order Amish friends of mine and it has been in their family as long as they can remember. I love these plants, my grandmother grow them in a large row in here garden. Helianthus spreads like mad, so give it room. It also grows 7-9' tall and has flowers that smell like chocolate. The tubers can be late fall and all winter in mulched.
3 organically raised tubers
We grow and sell our own seeds and then turn them into nursery products, which we sell and then all that becomes produce.
