Our USDA Inspected grass fed beef is raised in well tended natural pastures in the foothills of the Sierras. They eat only grass and a small amount of hay from time to time, and live natural contented lives. RESERVATIONS are now being taken for the 2012 spring beef. Reserve yours now to assure availability!
