Joshua's restaurant and bar is family owned and operated fine dining in a casual atmosphere. Josh is the chef. His mother manages the dining rooms and his father grows organic produce for the restaurant. Our ethic is to put the freshest food on your plate - local and organic to the greatest extent possible.

Haddock is our most popular entree. In winter we get organic salad greens from Laughing Stock Farm in Freeport, Maine. Our organic potatoes come from Wood Prairie Farm in Bridgewater, Maine.
There is a vegetarian feature every night.
