The 48-acre Josie Porter farm is located in the beautiful and scenic Cherry Valley only 10 minutes from downtown Stroudsburg. Historically the land was home to Josephine Porter who raised milk goats and made biodynamic preparations, which were sold throughout the U.S. and Canada from the 1960's until the 1980's. The Josie Porter Farm is home to Vinegre de Garlique, the premiere garlic vinegar on the market. We have an established mail-order business and we are the home for Cherry Valley CSA.
