We offer fresh chicken that has been raised on pasture, in bottomless pens moved daily to fresh grass. We supply a local, natural feed to supplement the pasture they are on. NO antibiotics, NO steroids. Fresh grass, garden cuttings and sunshine make our pastured poultry plump and full of flavor. Our eggs are from happy hens scratching on pasture, doing what chickens do. New this year is pork. the pigs are frequently moved to fresh pasture to root and romp and wallow in the mud. Beef is also available this year through our partnership with Indian Creek Angus. They raise cattle in the Carnesville area. We are buying the pastured raised cattle and processing it to make it available to you.
