Ray and I raise our animals as naturally as possible. We grow apricots, apples, pears, cherries, peaches, corn, grapes, melons and squashes, all to feed to our pigs. Our cows are on pasture and are feeding hay that we grow with no chemicals. We take our animals to McCary's meats in Mesa, Washington, so they can pass USDA certification. We also, love the way McCary's cures our hams and bacon.
