We hand produce preserves made from sustainably and organically grown fruit from local small family farmers. We work with forgotten and heirloom varieties of fruit hoping to revive these forgotten flavors. We also infuse herbs and flowers that we grow into the fruit. all of the work is performed by hand and stove top cooked in small batches yielding an average of 8 jars per pot. The preserves are hand poured and labeled with letterpress labels. There is no pectin in our preserves and only a minimum amount of sugar added.
Herbal and floral syrups including Mrytle, Mediterranean bay leaf, Rose geranium, Lemon verbena and Mixed Mint. Also, Gravenstein apple butter, Sierra Beauty applesauce, Damson plum conserve, Elephant Heart plum conserve, Burbank Plum and Meyer lemon conserve, Meyer lemon marmalade and many more! We grow provencal lavender, rose geranium, rosemary, lemon thyme, Hidcote lavender, many kinds of mint, mrytle, angelica, etc for our preserves.
