Our Just For One Package contains 1-2 lbs of Loin Chops (very easily marinated in an 1/2 hour to an hour), plus 1 lb. of Ground Lamb (great for tacos, meatballs, or lasagna), and 1 lb. of Bonleess Lamb Stew/Kebab meat.
Our lamb is pasture raised with the help of our two Australian Blue Healers, Cora and Jill. The lamb meat is vacuum packed and quickly frozen so you receive the very best at its freshest.
