A stronger version of Nighty-Night Tea, it has a heavier flavor and a nose-tingling aroma. It is great for over stressed and over tired bodies that have difficulties falling asleep or for those who cannot have a full rested sleep. This tea has been used with many clients who suffer from sleep disorders and has worked very well.
This is one of my best selling blends, hands down, the aroma may not be so great, but you will sleep. Tea is best taken 30 minutes before bedtime, some clients find results within minutes of finishing the cup.
You will NOT experience grogginess or moodiness when you awake the following morning. You will feel well rested and ready to face the day.
Herbs in this blend are nervines and are primarily used to enduce sleep by relaxing the body. Herbs will help ease aches and pains as well as destress a restless nervous system which will result in a peaceful well rested sleep.
Honey or Stevia may be added for sweetness.
Do not take if you are currently taking any heavy sleep inducing or muscle relaxing medications. Tea is not recommended for long term use or for those who suffer from severe liver disorders or concerns.
