We started our retail meat store in 2009 to serve the needs of our customers who want to enjoy the "Farm Fresh" meats that we have enjoyed for years. The idea of being able to buy from the farm and have a relationship with the grower (confidence in what is being offered) has been well recieved. In the past, only those with large familes and large freezers could enjoy farm raised in the purchase of halves and quarters. With the current safety concerns, the benefit of farmer to customer gives the consumer the ability to enjoy a wide variety of products, and ask the farmer any questions about the products they are selling. Not so at the grocery store!! We sell by the package and our customers like being able to "mix it up" and get exactly what they want to eat.

We offer Beef and Pork raised on our farm. Our cows and calves are on pasture, but our finished animals are corn fed for a flavorful, marbled, tasty meat. Our processors are small family owned businesses that still use the old fashoned practice of hanging and aging the meat for the best quality in the final product.
