Nestled near the tip of the Key Peninsula we strive to raise quality livestock in balance with nature. Oxford Down and Coopworth Sheep lamb in early March and are raised on our lush pastures. Oxford Down are reknown for the quality of meat, gentle nature and wonderful maternal instincts. Coopworth fleeces are highly valued for hand spinning and we have just started breeding "Cocoa Coop's" an exciting line of natural colored fleeces with the same wonderful strength and character. We maximize the pasture health by rotational grazing with our herd of Angus and Dexter cattle. We use the bigger cows in the dry area of the farm, and the Dexters near the more sensitive regions.
