Our goats & sheep are fed ONLY locally grown & packaged grain. Family owned & operated business. Specialty, gourmet-flavored artisan cheeses such as; Apple-Cranberry Walnut, Garlic Scape Pesto, & Chocolate Almond, etc. Most ingredients are grown on Kipp Hill Farm. First certified goat cheese dairy in Schoharie County. We also offer educational farm tours during the summer months & have participated in Schoharie County's "Our Barn Doors Are Wide Open," offered throught the School of Country Wisdom, for the past 4 years.
