We are the owners of the 17,800 acre Babcock Ranch Community in Lee/Charlotte Counties, Florida, just east of City of Punta Gorda. We are designing and developing a new, large scale sustainable community that will include a Community Supported Agricuture (CSA) based farming operation and neighborhood community gardens.

The Babcock Ranch histroically totaled nearly 152,000 acres with 60,000 acres being sold for conservation to the State of Florida in the early 1940's that is now the Cecil Webb and Fred C. Babcock Wildlfe Management Area and 74,000 acres being sold to the state for conservation in 2006. The remaining approximately 18,000 acres is privately owned and will be the new green community.
