This sweet jelly made from Kona grown oranges and Maui gold sugar can be used as a jelly or as a base for sauces. You can add vinegar for a sweet and sour sauce. I like it on top of melted brie cheese. You can also use it thinned with a little water and added herbs for a glaze.
