The Krugerrand Farms vision began with a passion for goats and the idea of developing a sustainable farming model for the value added processing of goat milk into aged cheese. It is a simple, low cost system that produces a quality, certifiable, and safe dairy product for the artisan cheese market. We love to educate people on the appreciation of Farmstead and Artisan Cheeses produced by our very best. We have a unique cheese, which is not being produced anywhere else in the United States. Our farm is located in the charming atmosphere of rural upstate New York. We make small batches of raw-milk aged goat cheese from our own goats to ensure the best quality cheese possible.

Slightly sharp, creamy but with a clarity of taste and texture that you can only find with a fine aged goat milk cheese. Naturally homogenized for enjoyment by the lactose sensitive cheese lover. Our goal it to offer a premium cheese that is unique both in its class and market.
