I've been growing hot peppers for about 5 years now. Each year gets bigger with quantity.
This year I made different kinds of seasonings/rubs as well. Pork, beef, chicken, poultry, roast, etc. I take fresh hot peppers, dehydrate them, grind them into fine powder and mix the powder with my rub. All this takes place in a Certified Kitchen.
I have a homemade Chicken/poultry seasoning and rub....a steak/roast/pork dry rub...and a hamburger seasoning. I then mix the seasonings with my hot pepper powder to have a delightful spicy taste.
Jalapeno, Habanero, Carribean red habanero, thai, cayenne, serrano, green chili, tabasco, mucho jalapeno, mucho habanero, lemon peppers, etc.<
