We live on the farm. We are the ONLY CSA that offers cooking and nutrition classes twice daily and based on family needs and convenience. Members pick up baskets weekly. Baskets are harvested daily. Children are encouraged to come to the farm with parents. All of us should be knowledgeable about where our food comes from, how and who grow our food, and most importantly how to cook and enjoy their nutrients. Call 515-987-3561 for appointment to sign up and must visit farm and tour.
Cooking Classes, Nutrition Classes, Yoga Classes, and Tai Chi Classes plus Therapeutic Gardening are available. Volunteers are welcome. Our Farm Restaurant offers both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals using exclusively organic and free-ranged ingredients with emphasis on promoting local foods. Our farm store is devoted to selling foods from our farm and other local farmers.
