We are an artisan gelateria. Our gelati & sorbetti are made fresh daily in small batches. We use local, grass-fed, hormone & antibiotic free milk, Louisiana Cane sugar, and seasonal local produce as well as outstanding ingredients like Sicilian pistachios, Valrhona chocolate, and organic Phillipino coconut. Some of our best selling flavors include: Creme Brulee Gelato, Chocolate Azteca Gelato, Creole Cream Cheese Gelato, Sweet Potato Pie Gelato, Bananas Foster Gelato, Bourbon Pecan Gelato, Coconut Thai Sorbetto, Strawberry Balsamic Sorbetto. We are committed to operating sustainably. When disposable packaging is necessary, we use biodegradable products made from corn and potatoes. We are also a full service restaurant.
