Lake Breeze Organics is a small family run farm located near the the western shores of Lake Michigan. Here in Southwest Michigan the climate allows us to cultivate a broad range of specialty crops. The water is pure and clean drawn from an aquifer 200 feet below soil,sand, rock, and clay. The water quality is unlike any other we have seen. Our produce is sold at the Saturday Evanston farmers market, at the new Evanston Wednesday Central St market, and through our CSA program. Our CSA features drop locations in both Chicago and Evanston. We have a limited number of new shares available for the 2011 season. The 2011 CSA season is scheduled to begin June 1, 2011 and run through September 21, 2011.

In 2010 the blueberries were almost two weeks early so the exact dates of the 2011 u-pick season won't be known until early July. Sign up for our newsletter at lakebreezeorganics.com to keep posted on the u-pick season information. Plan now and schedule to pick a winter's supply of berries next Summer.

Now is the time to sign up for the 2011 Summer CSA program. This year our CSA will begin June 1 and run weekly thru September 21. Our CSA includes fruit, is certified organic, and continues to be one of most inexpensive certified organic CSA programs available. 18 acres of organic blueberries allow us to provide you an extra high value product for no extra charge. Unlike other CSA 's we do not charge extra for fruit because we grow our own fruit. We are a single farm CSA and very proud of it!
