Whole and half lamb, spring lamb, and baby Tunis lamb, grass and milk fed only. Tunis lamb, tender and mild, is listed on Slowfood USA's Ark of Taste. Our Tunis lambs live with their mothers until they wean themselves. They always have access to pasture and a well-ventilated barn. It is a joy to see them scampering up and down the hills of our little farm in Southwestern Wisconsin.
Cuts of lamb include leg roasts, shanks, 1.5-inch chops, ground lamb and kabob meat, shrink-wrapped in packages by our USDA butcher. Other cuts are available.
Size and age of lamb available varies. We try to keep the store up-to-date, but check back often!
