Whole and half lamb and spring lamb, grass and milk fed only. Tunis lamb, tender and mild, is listed on Slowfood USA's Ark of Taste. Our Tunis lambs live with their mothers until they wean themselves. They always have access to the organic pastures and hills of our little farm in Southwestern Wisconsin. Tunisian sheep are a heritage breed in the U.S. since 1799 and owned by many of our Founding Fathers.
Cuts of lamb include shoulder roasts, leg roasts, shanks, 1.5-inch chops, ground lamb and kabob meat, in shrink-wrapped packages by our USDA butcher. Other cuts are available.
If you are new to lamb, we'll gladly answer your questions about what cuts are best, and how they can be cooked.
Even if you don't buy from us, remember that cheap imported lamb often comes from China and is heavily subsidized and nonsustainable. Please buy from American family farms.
We've shipped hundreds of lambs nationwide and have the experience to meet your needs and your deadline.
