The apiary is located within 1/4 mile west of the Pascagoula River and 1/2 mile east of Black Creek in George County Mississippi. Our bees produce honey from native gallberry and titi from the surrounding swamp. The bees are a disease resistant line of bees kept for over 30 years. Chemical free for more than 3 years, we produce the most natural (organic), raw (unprocessed, not heated) honey possible. The honey is packaged in glass quarts (12 quarts per case) during spring and summer months. Our dark honey produced from gallberry is available all year and packaged per your order, fall and winter will be processed (heated).
