This roving is 50% Blue Face Leicester "Lamb' & 50% Wensleydale "Lamb". The colors I used turned out great, I used Wild Rose, Royal Blue and a very muted yellow. Every stich of my painted roving sold at the New York Sheep and Wool Festival this past year, The wool hand picked and washed by me, I then send it to Zeilinger Wool Co. in Frankenmuth Michigan, they do such a beautiful job with my roving. I take the roving and hand paint it with acid dye, I then wash it with unscented soap. The roving comes from a non-smoking home. The roving is sold in 2 ounce braids. Thank Ewe for looking.
