Langeland Farms is a six-generation family owned and operated farm. The quality of our beef begins with the genetics and is maintained throughout the growth process. Our Angus and Angus-crossbred herd is grazed on certified organic pasture with no added hormones or antibiotics. "Food miles" are kept to a minimum with the beef processed at a locally owned, state inspected facility. Beef is frozen and available for purchase from our ala carte selections that include the highest quality steaks, roasts, and our signature "Blue Burgers" - a 1/3 lb. ground beef pattie made from our aged ground beef and Wisconsin Blue Cheese. Saving options available with purchase of various 'Bundles.'
