Larken Springs Farm is a small, micro-farm and bed and breakfast located in the heart of beautiful Lehigh Valley, PA. Originally a gentleman's farm started in 1886, we are bringing our small parcel of the original, including the 1886 farmhouse back to work.
Currently we grow heirloom apples, raspberries, blackberries and currants in addition to an ever-changing variety of heirloom vegetables. we do not use any chemicals or pesticides. From these all natural ingredients we make our own jams, jellies, chutneys and several kinds of pickles.
We also have a large flock of heritage laying chickens that free-range the entire property eating grass and bugs and living very happy lives. Their delicious eggs, in shades of blue, green cream and brown are available at our roadside stand. Farm stays are also welcome. Please inquire.
The best pasture raised eggs available at our roadside stand.
