Lau Family Farm

We are the fifth generation of John's family to be farming in the Five Mile Meadow, just North of Soda Springs, Idaho. We are proud to offer naturally pasture raised, grass-fed beef and lambs. We produce our natural meats without using hormone implants or antibiotics. Our meats are dry aged for additional flavor and tenderness. We currently offer individual cuts (vacuum packaged), half beef subscriptions, whole, half and quarter beef and lambs. We also offer natural jerky made from our grass-fed beef. New this year we are offering a wonderful selection of sausages made with our grass-fed beef or grass-fed lamb. We are at Pocatello, Idaho Falls and Logan Farmer's Markets during the spring, summer and fall. We deliver to many areas in SE Idaho and Norhtern Utah during fall and winter. Please contact us for more information.
