Growing naturally for you and our earth! We are located along the mountain headwaters of the Middle Fork of the Holston River. We use natural and sustainable practices to produce chemical-free hay and healthy grass-fed lamb, Ossabaw Island pork and classically-aged Angus beef. Our market garden features heirloom and specialty varieties selected for quality, flavor and your enjoyment!
Attention to detail characterizes the quality product we offer. We focus on health for the animal, the environment and you as we raise our beef and lamb entirely on grass. We rotate the herd frequently to new grass and use natural kelp and sea salt to supply essential trace minerals lacking in the American diet. Our animals are humanely raised and processed.
