Lavender has one of the best scents in the garden and it's hard to keep the butterflies and bees away (not that i would want to!) Lavender flower buds can be used in herbal teas or in cooking (ever tried Lavender Ice Cream or Lavender Cookies?) or in crafting items such as sachets, wreaths, etc. Dried lavender holds its scent for years. Buy loose in zip-pac bag (approx. one-half cup in the small, and one and one-half cups in the large), or buy in organza drawstring bags for a ready-to-use sachet!! (approx. one-half cup in sachets) Whatever you decide, i am sure you will enjoy! Order a sample if you are not sure!
