Description: Heirloom Lavender Munstead has med blue/purple spikes boosting aromatic fragrant flowers often used for sachets and dream pillows. Lavender Munstead is very heat and drought tolerant and outlasts most plants in the humid hot sun of summer days. Lavender Munstead is also deer and rabbit resistant and is visited most often by bees coming to collect it's sweet nector.

Collect the young blooms just before the flower opens to save for the highest fragrance and medicinal use. The seed of Lavender Munstead is easy to collect by allowing the flowers to dry on it's stem and placing the cutted stems to shake out in any paper bag. Lavender Munstead makes for an excellent fresh or dried floral arrangement throughout the year!
