Delicate hydrosol, a product of the Lavender Distillation process, carries a light lavender scent in a distilled water base. Lighter than a cologne, it contains no alcohol, making it more acceptable for those who react to alcohol-based perfumes. It can be sprayed into the air for a non-toxic room freshener, or on linens or pillows to freshen their scent or relax the sleeper.
We have a small CSA because we have chosen greater variety over amount of any one thing, thereby selecting quality and variety over quantity. We also hope to tailor your CSA experience to meet your personal preference as much as possible. All produce will be available seasonally, which means at the time trees and plants naturally provide their bounty. Recipes for using many of our herbs and produce will be included as a regular part of the share basket. Shares will include : Salad Greens (mix); Vegetables; Fruit; Herbs of all kinds; Flower Bouquets, dried herbs, spice rubs and herbal mixtures; teas; vinegars, and herbal crafts.
