We are family owned ranch out in Molalla, Oregon. We have approximately 90 acres and the farm has been in the family for about 75 years. We buy starter calves and raise them on grass, hay, and grain. We don't use hormones or other drugs to enhance or stimulate their growth. We usually have a waiting list of about a month sometimes longer in the spring/summer months.

Once you've made an appointment, you will wait until the butcher date and about two to three weeks after that. We charge $185 per pound for the meat and the butcher will charge separately for cutting and wrapping. We use Marks Meats in Canby, Oregon. This is where you will pick up your order. We sell by the quarter, half, or whole.
