LeFarm

LeFarm is the newest venture by Chef Bill Taibe & Friends. It's a small 30 seat restaurant in Colonial Green Westport. LeFarm has created unique relationships with local growers and artisans. The restaurant also boast 12 acres of land in northern Fairfield county ready for growth. We have turned and sowed 1 acre so far with the hopes of developing the land over the next few seasons. This gives us the opportunity to explore and source rare seeds/vegetables and showcase them into our daily menus.
