Leggett Farms is owned and operated by Ben Davis, a descendant of the Leggett family that has owned the property for generations dating back to the early 1800's.
Ben is a "gentleman farmer" who enjoys working the land naturally and producing organically grown foods for his friends, neighbors, and customers.
Ben's organic efforts have been featured in The Washington (NC) Daily News and The Raleigh Telegram. A member of the Rotary Club, Ben is active in community affairs and is also a big fan of UNC and ECU.
