Leprechaun Greens is a natural extension of our family's 35 year old dairy meant to utilize the many resources our cows and their needs produce. We practice intense biological methods to grow a wide array of heirloom and classic vegetables for market at our onsite store, the local farmer's market and select restaurants. We aim to serve as an educational model for sustainable agriculture in a suburban environment as we experience the interactions between a growing community and established landholders.
