ABOUT OUR FARM:
We live on a twenty-five acre farm in the Coquille River Valley. In 2004 we purchased a retired dairy farm and are in the process of renovating it into a fruit and vegetable farm. We have converted the dairy barns into three greenhouses 30'x200' in which we grow early varieties of produce that thrive in the warmth. We have planted 16 varieties of Apples, 8 varieties of Pears, Early, Mid, and Late Season Blueberries, Several Hardy Kiwis, Sea Buckthorn, Goji Berry, Aronia Berry, many other fruiting trees. We grow many varieties of vegetables including many heirlooms. We use all natural methods of growing our produce including cover crops and compost. WE GROW ALL OUR PRODUCE
IN THE BEST WAY FOR OUR ENVIROMENT
FREE FROM ALL PESTICIDES,
HERBICIDES, AND SYNTHETIC FERTILIZERS.
WE FEED OUR SOILS WITH COMPOSTS AND LEGUME FOLIAGE CROPS TO BUILD A HEALTHY SOIL.
OUR CROPS ARE HEALTHY CROPS WHICH HAVE NO NEED FOR POISONS.
WE GROW IN GREENHOUSES YEAR-ROUND, AND OUTDOORS IN SEASON. We also produce a lovely handmade Goat's Milk Soap available on our website and at farmers markets.
