Liberty farm is a small hill farm. We have an organic herd of mostly jersey cows, as well as some Angus cross beef animals and pigs. We tap our maple trees for syrup and make Christmas wreaths. We use biodynamic preparations, compost, and minerals to enhance the fertility of our farm land. This is of great importance to us because we feel healthy soils make healthy food. We are young enthusiastic farmers and love to share our enjoyment of farming with others. Pork and beef is available upon request.
