Lincoln Farm

Lincoln Farm, owned and operated by Sam and Ashley Lincoln, is a family run operation. Sam's agricultural roots have been firmly embedded in Randolph Center; while Ashley (Lyford) Lincoln grew up on her multi-generation family farm in Chelsea. The two married in 2001 and have been operating the farm with the help of their two sons, Matt and John, their parents and dedicated employees. With their common farm background, it was a natural decision for Ashley and Sam to raise their children the way they were raised as good stewards of the land.

In 2007 the couple was awarded Vermont Farm Bureau "Young Farmer Achievement" Award. In 2009 the Lincoln Farm received the White River Natural Resources Conservation District "Conservation Farm of the Year" award for our many year of using cover crops to hold and build our soils outside of the growing season. Our farming practices continuously evolve to reduce soil erosion, nutrient runoff and enhance the resources of the farm that we see as the next generation's foundation. .
