Our bison forage on pasture grasses in northern California where they were native in the 1500s. Hay which is grown on our ranch is given in the winter; no hormones, drugs or antibiotics are used.
Holistic management practice includes a low stress management, "hands-off" approach. Bulls remain with cows year round, creating their own natural breeding cycle and keeping in sync with Mother Nature to produce robust offspring!
