Very sweet and early, high quality red pepper on compact plant.

53 days green, 69 days red. Open polinated. Compact plant gets loaded early with very sweet peppers that start green and ripen to red. Peppers are 4" long and 3" wide on top, tapering to a point on the bottom. They are medium thick walled and juicy. The earliest sweet pepper we have ever grown, and very, very sweet. Our 14 year old son grabs these right out of the garden for a snack. Plants produce steadily until frost. Germinated at 84%.
|Lifecycle:||1 (0: N/A, 1: annual, 2: perennial, 3: biennial)|
|Soil:||Adaptable. Peppers need a good nitrogen source to produce well. We use high quality compost and alfalfa meal.|
|Propagation / Germination:||Start indoors 7 to 8 weeks before last frost. Keep soil just barely damp. Wet soil kills peppers! 80 degrees is optimum, but anywhere from 70 to 90 degrees will work okay.|
|Water:||Water weekly if necessary.|
