(Sterling,CT)Our family at Ekonk Hill Turkey Farm looks forward to welcoming you to our farm! We are a Connecticut family farm raising free-range, farm-freash turkeys, including heritage turkeys and pasture-raised chickens, capons, pork, and grass-fed beef. The Brown Cow Cafe on our farm serves our own homemade ice cream, made fresh on the farm! We also have an 8-acre corn maze with hayrides and barnyard animals open every September & October. Our Mission is to celebrate the benefits of choosing locally grown foods. We offer a "TLC Guarantee": If not fully satisfied for any reason, we offer your money back. Our motto is "Tasting is Believing, Guaranteed". The Brown Cow Cafe at Ekonk Hill Turkey Farm opens the first day of spring with homemade super premium ice cream! Enjoy your ice cream treat while taking in the view of Ekonk Hill's open farmland from our outdoor picnic tables, or if it is too cool or wet outside, then relax by the stove inside the Cafe. We currently have turkeys, capons, geese, pork, veal, and beef available in our freezer. All of our products are sold from our farm store which is open year round. We specialize in locally grown items including raw milk, farmstead cheeses and yogurts, free range eggs, local coffees, cider, black currant juice, grass fed beef, local pork, free-range geese, maple syrup, honey and more. These items can be combined into a locally grown gift basket for the holidays. Be sure to vist our annual corn maze, open each year in September & October. Our giant 8-acre maze features a new theme each year. Tour the farm and visit the animals in the barnyard. Take a relaxing hayride then enjoy a Hot Gobbler Sundae and homemade ice cream for dessert in our Cafe to top off your corn maze experience on Ekonk Hill. Fun for the whole family!
