The Chile Man is a sustainable, organic farm in Loudoun County, VA, just 35 minutes NW of Dulles Airport. We grow more than 400 plant varieties including: • Chiles and sweet peppers • Small fruits, such as gooseberries, elderberries and raspberries • Herbs, including basil, cilantro, and parsley • Tomatoes, carrots, horseradish and other vegetables

We use these products to create a selection of all-natural, hand-made, artisan foods in the shadows of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Products include: • Salsas • Marinades • Mustards • Traditional hot sauces • Pesto • BBQ sauces • Jams & Jellies • Gift baskets

We also offer a selection of greenhouse and field-grown plants, including peppers, tomatoes, small fruits, and perennials. Perennial flowers are used in the production of our line of everlasting and evergreen wreaths, and also function as companion plants to provide pest control and holistic balance on the farm.

Chile Man products may be found: • In wine shops, gourmet food and other retail stores, and in shops featuring hand-crafted beers and wines • At more than 30 shows & events in northern Virginia, Maryland, Washington, D.C. We offer a private-label program to retailers and offer bulk products to restaurants of all sizes. And Chile Man products are available for corporate gifts, sales incentives, or sales and marketing promotions.

Our small-scale, sustainable, biointensive farm has been developed according to the methods of Alan Chadwick and John Jeavons. We use no synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers. This approach ensures our products are not merely spicy – but bursting with freshness and flavor. What makes us unique is our taste.

Products are created on-location in a commercial kitchen inspected by the Virginia Department of Food Safety and the FDA. We are certified in acidified food preparation by the USDA.
