Will-Sho Farms - Finger Lakes Natural Beef

(King Ferry,NY)

At Will-Sho Farms, home of Finger Lakes Natural Beef our mission is to provide you and your family with quality, nutritious food. We achieve this by treating our animals humanely and feeding them all natural, locally grown feeds. Our animals roam freely in the pastures of our family farm in the heart of the Finger Lakes. These practices allow us to produce dry-aged beef of superior quality and flavor. Our goal is to produce a wholesome product with exceptional taste and tenderness at a fair price. Will-Sho Natural Beef is a family owned Angus farm, located in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of upstate New York. We are centrally located between Ithaca and Auburn. We offer a whole beef, a side of beef, a quarter, eighth or a twenty-pound freezer pack of beef. We also sell individual selections at farmer's markets or live animals directly from the farm. New in 2012 CSA shares available. We do offer over-night shipping and accept credit cards. To place an order, please call Will at 315-246-9782 or Allison at 315-246-9627 or visit our web site. Our animals are pasture raised, as nature intended, and are never confined in feedlots. Finger Lakes Natural Beef is not certified organic but use many organic practices in our farming. Will-Sho Home Grown Beef comes with our guarantee that none of our animals have never been fed antibiotics, growth hormones, ionophores ,or any animal by-products. Antibiotics are only used to treat the rare animal that is sick, when medically necessary. We keep detailed records of our animals medical histories, and we know exactly where and how each piece of meat is produced. Natural Beef is high in healthy Omega-3 fatty acids. Our animals are fed hay and sweet corn silage during the winter months. We have handled the animals ourselves and have chosen the best stock to deliver the finest tasting dry aged beef.
